Mia Wang is the founder and lead instructor of MeoWu Dance Co. โ a street jazz, K-pop, and hip hop choreographer who has been teaching across China and the US for 8 years, working with kids as young as 6 and adults at all levels.
Her teaching approach adapts in real time to the room: zero-to-movement for complete beginners, deeper musicality and texture work for dancers who already have a foundation. Nobody gets left behind, and nobody gets bored.
Mia has performed at NYU GALA, competed internationally with Project D Dance Company, choreographed for a K-pop solo artist's concert, and joined elite crew The PeaceKeepers for WOD and Elements competitions.
Performed as modern dance and street dance artist at NYU Gala two consecutive years.
