Nope. Our beginner classes start from zero. Coach Mia will meet you where you are.
Our Kids Class is for ages 5–12. Teens and adults (14+) have their own classes. Beginners are always welcome.
No pressure to sign up on the spot. We'll follow up after class and you can choose a package that works for you — or just come back for another class.
